Opened by Karl Lawrence and Kevin Newton in 2020, Mortimer Bibb's Public House quickly became a hub for community inclusion and enjoyment. Karl ensured that all parts of the pub were lovingly hand-crafted, including the extensive cocktail list and handmade copper bar-top. June of 2024 came to a shocking conclusion, when Karl unexpectedly passed, leaving the pub in his husband, Kevin's stead. After successfully running the pub, Kevin entrusted bartenders and friends, Annie LaForge, Ellie Hasken, and Harry Wagner, with running Mortimer Bibb's Public House, now shortened to Bibb's Pub.
